Heat Recovery Systems (HRS)

A large amount of the energy taken in by a compressor is converted to heat and diverted away via a cooling medium (air, water or cooling agent/oil). Our line of compressors repurpose heat generated from the equipment for heating domestic or circuit water, or for process support. Our heat recovery systems are always tailored to the individual requirements of our customers, enabling savings to be made on both energy and cash.

HRS helps companies recover up to 72%-78% of the heat generated during the compression process which can then be utilized for heating of air and water. This in turn eliminates additional equipment requirements to heat water or air, thereby reducing CO2 emissions.
